This 10-month programme is designed to help young professionals transition from university into the workplace while working with some of the world’s leading engineering and manufacturing technologies.
About the Programme
The Genesis Programme provides structured training, mentorship, and practical project experience. Successful candidates will work alongside experienced professionals while developing technical and professional skills in a real business environment.

Both programmes are based in Pretoria and are expected to run from 1 February 2027 to 30 November 2027.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants should have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- A passion for technology and continuous learning.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Availability to attend an assessment centre in Pretoria during August/September 2026.
